Founded in 2014 by Mesut Arık, MST Global provides contact centre services in six languages from Adana, Türkiye.
How we started
Our company was founded in 2014 by Mesut Arık. In its early years it served customers in German; with the decision to grow, it expanded into further languages and regions to offer its customers a broader service.
MST Global has a team specialised in contact centre solutions and aims to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. Our goal is to support our business partners' success with tailored, effective solutions. We combine technology with new ideas to deliver quality service and build long-term partnerships.
MST Global is a contact centre company founded in 2014 in Adana, Türkiye, providing inbound and outbound calls, multichannel customer service, back-office and technology services in Turkish, German, English, Russian, Arabic and Dutch.

From our headquarters in Çukurova and our branch in Seyhan, we run inbound and outbound call projects in six languages.
